We are looking for a seasoned professional to work within our Analytics Team with a proven track record, a driven self-starter, problem solver, and someone that is passionate about creating remarkable digital experiences driven by digital insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients to assist in: defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with client marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross channel performance reports with actionable insight.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The position requires extensive experience in digital data analytics, EDI Analytics, Provider Segmentation Analytics, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment
• Partner with stakeholders to develop measurement frameworks that align to organization key performance indicators
• Ensure that measurement solutions adhere to organizational priorities
• Provide guidance, support, and leadership to teammates, as needed, to aid leadership in attaining organizational objective
• Provide Analytics leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required
• Develop pioneering analytical approaches to emerging industry trends
• Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
• Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in developing solution using Adobe Experience Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch)
• 12+ years of experience Implementing Adobe Analytics / Session Cam / Glass Box/ Google Analytics tag on website (Tools: DTM / Adobe Launch or other Tag manager)
• 10+ years of experience in managing and mentoring analytics teams. Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• 9+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics and Machine Learning specializing in implementing Machine learning models, Building and Integrating data pipelines
• 9+ years of experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Adobe Target or Optimizely
• High level experience in data analysis techniques
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analysis Workspace, Tableau, Python, Apache Hive, SQL, MongoDb etc.)
• Experience in working with a marketing/Business intelligence environment
• Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
• Proven excellent Communication skills and team handling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage Implementation of Adobe Analytics / Glass box/ Google Analytics  tags on  website / Apps (Tools: DTM / Adobe Launch or any other Tag manager), Tableau, PowerBI
• Demonstrated experience utilizing session replay tools, Glassbox, DataDog, Fullstory or similar
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics i.e. Data Acquisition form structured or unstructured different sources (clickstream data , chat data , calls data , API usage data) processing using Hive , SQL etc.  and creating story/visualization via Tableau dashboard
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to develop measurement frameworks that align to organization key performance indicators
• Proven ability to manage/lead a team of 10+ people
• Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert on best-in-class digital analytics and optimization, consulting with stakeholders to enable the best possible view to provider behaviors
• Proven ability to support product teams with ad hoc and recurring reporting, and deep dive analytics to answer key business questions and make recommendations for improvements
• Proven ability to develop learning and optimization plans collaboratively with data science, web analytics, and business stakeholders
• Development of measurable stakeholder goals and measurement plans that tie to business impact and ROI
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at one time
• Proven ability to provide regular status updates to the leadership and quickly escalate potential issues
• Proven enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
• Proven meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
• Proven innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Proven credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
