Primary Responsibilities:

• Stake holder management: This position requires expertise in working with external 3rd party vendors in requirement gathering, development, delivery management and defect resolution
  
• Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends and patterns
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Document processes and create reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  
• Project Management: Be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
• Adaptability: Be able to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and consistency across all data sources and reports
  
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in data management and analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or in a similar role with 6+ years of experience in Data analysis using DBT, SQL, Snowflake and BI tools
  
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau/ Power BI
  
• Experience with DBT for building data marts and views
  
• Proficiency in Snowflake for data wrangling and management
  
• Solid skills in developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Solid analytical expertise: Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. This includes:
  
  • Data Wrangling and Management: Proven ability to utilize Snowflake to wrangle and manage data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
    
  • Data Modeling: Proven ability to use DBT to build and maintain data marts and views, optimizing data structures for analysis
    
  • Dashboard and BI Tool Development: Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports using various BI tools to provide actionable insights
    
• Communication Skills: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
