Employee Relations Analyst are responsible for development and interpretation of employment policies and practices, as well as consultation with Employee Center (Tier 1) and the wider People Team on high-risk, high-level, or organization-impacting workplace issues to ensure internal equity and legal compliance. 

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday – Friday with standard working hours.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements from the Business
  • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses on a variety of cases including sickness absence, performance management and less complex disciplinary and grievance cases. 
  • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Coaches, provides feedback, and guides the business

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a HR environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), inclusive of pivot tables, charts/graphs for reporting
  • Advanced understanding of HR policy and processes and EMEA Employment Law 

Preferred Qualifications of the Employee Relations Analyst:

  • CIPD Qualification (level 5)
  • Experience with reporting from HR systems such as PeopleSoft
  • General reporting experience in a HR Analyst or related role
  • Ability to identify and interpret data and identify patterns in data or processes

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to be self-directed and independent
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain deadlines
