Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysis
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Gather and document business requirements in capabilities and features
  • Analyze, document, and improve processes and practices
  • Planning and allocation of resources to the various projects and/or tasks
  • Work with a cross-functional scrum team in prioritization, planning, design, development, and release of features and functionality
  • Create and manage all story and feature writing and prioritization for the scrum team
  • Works with multiple teams to promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, particularly with respect to DevOps (e.g., automation, cross-functional teams, active monitoring), coaching others in conducting in-depth conversations regarding obstacles and opportunities
  • Works with leadership to support demand/capacity management/forecasting for multiple teams/products (e.g., velocity, high-level estimations, release planning)
  • Implement PI planning events and monitoring their progress
  • Lead a team of 20 Business analysts 
  • Assesses performance, rewards result, motivates, and fosters matrix management
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). This role will challenge your ability to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope shift frequently. You’ll need flexibility, agility and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile program management or a similar role
  • 10+ years of experience with Agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Aha, Confluence etc.) and practices
  • 5+ years of experience of managing a team of 20+ FTEs
  • Experience in product/capability management, business or systems analysis, and/or business architecture involving technology; inclusive of developing strategy and roadmap(s)
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Proven excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Certified Agile Coach
