Senior Technical Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and strategy roadmap
- Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
- Support management of the full product lifecycle with a technical focus, including the strategy, design, development, management and end-of-life of new, existing or acquired products
- Leverages market insights and emerging technology developments and trends to understand market/customer needs, as well as identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings
- Balances deep subject matter expertise with knowledge of business use cases and solid technical aptitude
- Supports for delivering product performance in alignment with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position and produce optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs
- Responsible for cross-functional stakeholder management, to include (but not limited to) design, engineering, scrum teams, business leaders, etc., functioning as technical expert with a fluency in development concepts and modern development practices
- Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
- Works with a team of technical product managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the product
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the product roadmap
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches, with minimum of 8+ years’ experience in product management
- Experience in Healthcare domain and specifically Provider, Value Based Care and Ambulatory care is highly preferred
- Experience on Healthcare Electronic Medical Records, Medical Management, Claims and Eligibility, Telemedicine or Risk Adjudication is preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in care management, including case and disease management
- Experience in care coordination, including developing and managing care plans
- Experience with healthcare data, including patient records and clinical data
- Solid technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- In-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
- Solid knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare procedures
- Familiarity with Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) processes in healthcare settings
- In-depth understanding of clinical workflows and standard operating procedures in healthcare
- Ability to optimize and streamline healthcare processes for efficiency and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello
- Solid business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals
- Knowledge of TruCare or similar care management systems
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making
- Solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs
