The B2B Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing Adobe Marketo Engage campaigns aimed at driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. As subject matter experts, you will be collaborating closely with marketing and demand management partners to successfully build and deploy email campaigns in Marketo.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy single, drip, event, and nurture email programs using Adobe Marketo Engage, while being able to evaluate wins and opportunities
- Serve as the email marketing expert by providing strategy and guidance regarding best practices by staying up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing and Marketo
- Complete daily quality assurance checks on assets and programs built by team members and partner stakeholder programs
- Collaborate with marketing clientele and demand management stakeholders by participating in weekly meetings to align with project tasks/requests to help achieve business goals
- Manage and segment contact lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications to support marketing campaign initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement by implementing program testing like A/B for increased effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of building and deploying marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage or similar marketing automation tool
- Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced professional environment
- Excellent digital communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with ambiguity
- Proven ability to learn technology and keep up with ever changing advances and capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications in marketing automation and/or technology platforms (i.e. Marketo Business Practitioner Expert Certification or similar)
- Experience deploying drip and nurture programs in Adobe Marketo Engage
- Experience with analytics tools (PowerBI, DOMO, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar work management tools
- B2B campaign experience

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
