Primary Responsibilities:
- Help define acceptance test objectives, test cases and assist in system and integration testing
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Bring new ideas and initiatives to improve test automation for UI and Non-UI applications while having integration with CI processes
- Test and validate applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality engineering team and processes
- Contribute code, tests cases, automation, and test design to an agile team of engineers working across the application stack and portfolio
- Collaborate with scrum teams in grooming user stories and developing acceptance criteria so that we can deliver quality to our customers
- Solve technical problems to discover solutions at any level of the stack (backend, frontend, database and infrastructure)
- Communicate, learn, and share ideas across teams

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of development experience creating test case automation
- 2+ years of experience with test automation tools like TestNG, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins
- 2+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies
- 2+ years of experience with Azure Cloud technologies
- 1+ years of experience with UI and desktop apps testing using tools like Appium
- 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
- 1+ years of experience working with SQL server technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
- Experience with JavaScript and single-page applications
- Experience with containers using Kubernetes
- Experience using Rally as the Agile Project management tool
- Ability to effectively work independently or with a team as a quality engineer
- Ability to effectively articulate and communicate concerns, issues or inquires in a timely manner

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
