Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day involvement in Solutioning based on Business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance to the team members
  • Understand the business domain and provide Salesforce solutions based on the latest tech stack available
  • Work with upstream / downstream applications for integrations
  • AI Prompt Engineering knowledge and deep understanding about the AI ML stack
  • Understand requirements, conduct requirements elaboration and create design
  • Participate and collaborate with Business in the development of client deliverable content
  • Develop a prioritized backlog of architectural/platform requirements as part of the CRM Platform Vision and Architectural Runway
  • SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
  • Leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the development of the architecture. Design CRM software components and code patterns which foster reusability and enterprise capabilities
  • Support and maintain the CRM Applications and troubleshoot the issues and engage the development team as required
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Salesforce.com Certified Developer or Advanced Developer or Salesforce Architect
  • 6+ years of experience in design of complex applications in Enterprise Applications
  • Experience working on support engagements
  • Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: SOAP, REST, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL and/or EJB. Solid object-oriented design and implementation experience
  • Experience in completion of SFDC integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles
  • Experience in Salesforce implementations with solid expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com
  • Solid knowledge on AI Engineering
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce; well-versed in configuration, customization and integration
  • Effective communication and client management skills; able to communicate well with both business Subject Matter Experts and technical design and developers
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, Data Model skills and best practice guidelines
  • Highly competent in the tool capabilities and implications of using the tool, and be able to quickly provide accurate high-level cost and schedule impacts of each proposed
