People Team Operations Manager -Talent Development

As a Talent Development Manager, you will lead a global team within the Employee Center, supporting Talent Development systems such as the learning management system (LMS), learning experience platform (LXP), and performance management tools. This role involves managing teams based in both the US and India. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various priorities, including project management, team leadership, risk management, and building business partner relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with People Team Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Technology Product teams to enhance employee support through process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
- Provides coaching, delivers feedback, and develops team members
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
- Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
- Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and decision making
- Partners with team project managers to monitor project cycles, coordinate testing, and keep projects on track
- Establish and drive strong relationships with COE leaders and peers to drive performance across teams
- Develop and manage a staffing model to meet the increased demand over time with the growth of the company
- Ensures workflow is appropriately dispersed between team members while building positive team relationships
- Utilizes data insights to drive informed decision-making and effectively communicates key metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years Human Resources or Learning and Development equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years manager or leadership (direct or indirect) experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Cornerstone (LXP)
