The Marketing Operations Specialist within the UnitedHealthcare Group Retiree Member Engagement Marketing team supports senior marketers in the execution of consumer-facing communications to achieve marketing objectives that support clinical outcomes and enterprise goals. 

The candidate must be highly detailed, organized, deadline-oriented, consistent, and adaptable to rapidly changing environment. Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and consistency. Must consistently follow-thru on-timelines, proactively communicate, and seek guidance when necessary.  Requires the ability to interface between the cross-functional areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute recurring campaign processes including versioning, building production crosswalks, setting up campaigns, creating customized client materials and ensuring review processes are completed on time
  • Execute with accuracy, urgency, and consistent attention to matrixed detail
  • Meet deadlines, follow processes, and assist with logistics
  • Maintain thorough campaign/project records using established department procedures
  • Proactively communicate to keep marketers updated and manage expectations with partners
  • Work across multiple teams such as Marketing, Creative, Legal, Regulatory, Product, and other internal partners
  • Anticipate marketer and business needs
  • Apply internal and external communication brand, compliance, and client standards as directed
  • Use project management tool to set up touchpoints, digital proof reviews and updates on a weekly basis to support customized campaigns

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years marketing, marketing operations, creative traffic or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Professional software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management system
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • At ease learning and using new platforms/software
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and experience tracking multiple project timelines
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally with cross functional teams

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
