JOB TITLE: Product & Users Experience manager

LOCATION: 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344

DUTIES: Lead the product strategy, development, and execution of a modern, accessible, scalable, and human-centered design system. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver intuitive and visually appealing reusable design elements. Monitor metrics and conduct usability testing to ensure the success of the design system, which provides a complete set of design standards containing components, patterns, and guidelines. Create and track toward product OKR’s. Define business value using RICE or other prioritization frameworks. Track product financials and resource management to stay on budget. Leverage latest AI to enhance and improve product features and automate processes

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product & Users Experience manager-related occupation. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: 
•    Software Development 
•    Healthcare industry knowledge 
•    UI design and UX process experience 
•    Java and Angular 
•    Product management tools including Aha, Rally and Figma 
•    Product Management and Product Owner experience 
•    MS office suite applications 

Position also requires 3 years of experience in the following:  
•    Atomic Design 
•    Executive Stakeholder management experience

RATE OF PAY:  $141,085.00 – $168,408.00 /year
