Primary Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and oversight of Technical Writers
  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
  • Develop plans to meet short-term objectives
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgement
  • Project management of process improvement initiatives, new customer implementations as well as migrations to KnowledgeNow
  • Scope, plan, and delivery of projects to agreed timelines, quality, and budget
  • Define project resource needs and work with management to ensure resource availability
  • Create and manage project initiation documents, project plans, defining scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines & milestones, and other documentation as required by the project
  • Ensure change management processes are followed to ensure delivery within budget and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Accountable for forecasting projects and associated revenue profile over time
  • Ensure adequate, robust governance is put in place at all levels
  • Create accurate and effective Management Information on the delivery status
  • Proactively manage risks and issues through accurate and timely identification, mitigation, and closure
  • Assignment and effective management of tasks to completion
  • Ability to manage competing objectives and prioritize tasks
  • Research and use knowledge of assigned business units to influence decision-making and support short and long term operational/strategic business activities
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Experience in leadership reporting and communication  
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across geographies
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones with demanding stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Smartsheets, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio), SharePoint
