We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Director to oversee quality oversight for prospective businesses, specifically IOA and Housecalls. This role focuses on enhancing the end-to-end quality audit and control framework, connecting feedback and actions across functions, and driving continuous improvement and remediation.
Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Quality Audit and Control Framework:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality audit and control framework for IOA and Housecalls
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that feedback from audits is effectively communicated and acted upon across relevant functions
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Feedback and Action Integration:
- Connect feedback from various sources and ensure it is integrated into the quality control framework
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking feedback and actions taken to address quality issues
- Ensure timely and effective remediation of identified issues
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality audit findings, improvement initiatives, and remediation efforts
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, audit results, and improvement actions
- Ensure transparency and accountability in quality oversight activities
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment on quality standards and improvement goals
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams to drive quality improvements
- Serve as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing control frameworks
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Extensive experience in operations management, analytics or quality management with a focus on business process improvement and operational excellence
Soft Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in quality oversight
