We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director, Client Oversight to oversee and manage end-to-end operational readiness implementation planning and delivery across various lines of business. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Client Service Delivery teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategic initiatives.

Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational readiness initiatives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with AI, client service delivery, and other relevant teams to align project goals and activities.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the project teams.
  • Operational Readiness:
    • Design and implement operational readiness strategies to ensure successful project launches.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
    • Conduct readiness assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Client Focus:
    • Ensure client needs and expectations are met through the delivery of high-quality solutions.
    • Work closely with client service delivery teams to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and operational readiness.
    • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Frequent meetings with others across global time zones will require some calls to be made outside of standard business hours

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and planning
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation
  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Ability to manage relationships with client partners and internal partners
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Written and verbal communication
