Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the API onboarding process
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including integration guides and troubleshooting manuals
  • Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on API usage and best practices
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve API-related issues and improve overall integration processes
  • Technical Analysis: Perform technical analysis to evaluate the feasibility, performance, and security of API solutions. Identify potential technical challenges and work with development teams to address them  
  • Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve API services and onboarding procedures
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in API development, integration, or support
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with programming languages commonly used for API development, such as Python, Java, or Node.js
    • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Postman)
    • Solid understanding of API security best practices and protocols
    • Ability to perform technical analysis to evaluate the feasibility, performance, and security of API solutions

  • Problem-Solving: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex API-related issues

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
