Director of Network Programs (Sr. Product Manager)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and Drive Product Vision: Establish the strategic direction for the new provider data platform, aligning it with enterprise goals of standardization, data quality, and operational efficiency
- Lead Platform Consolidation: Orchestrate the decommissioning of fragmented, legacy solutions and guide regional and business unit stakeholders through the migration to the new platform
- Build from the Ground Up: Oversee the design and delivery of a brand-new, enterprise-grade UI and back-end platform that supports complex provider relationships and high-scale operations
- Model Enterprise Complexity: Partner with enterprise architects, data architects and engineering to design a flexible, extensible data model capable of representing affiliations, groupings, roles, and geographic nuances across providers
- Manage and Mentor Team: Lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts, creating a strong product culture grounded in user empathy, agility, and measurable outcomes
- Engage Key Stakeholders: Work closely with executive leadership and regional platform owners to drive adoption, gather requirements, and maintain alignment throughout the platform rollout
- Own Integration Strategy: Ensure seamless data flows and integrations with enterprise platforms
- Champion Data Governance: Build capabilities into the product that enable compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards around quality, lineage, access, and auditability
- QA test strategy: Risk based testing, test automation, etc. Documented test cases, and management metrics
- General change management: Strong vision/leadership, communication, and ensuring teams have the resources to be successful
- Mange implementation and deliverables: Ensuring delivery is tracking on time and in budget
- Measure and Optimize: Define key metrics for product success and continuously improve platform performance, usability, and data integrity

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- 5+ years on an Agile software development project(s)
- 5+ years experience tracking, planning, working on software development projects
- 5+ years Business Analyst work on software development project(s)
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as:
- Snowflake (data warehousing)
- Kafka (real-time event streaming)
- Salesforce (workflow/CRM integration)
- MD Staff or equivalent credentialing platforms
- Power BI (enterprise analytics and reporting
- Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations
- Intermediate Level Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, OneNote,SharePoint and PowerPoint)
- Proven success launching enterprise-grade, net-new platforms that replaced or consolidated legacy systems
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile Product Manager Certification
- ServiceNow experience
- Experience in a large matrix environment
- Healthcare Industry Experience, especially working directly or on behalf of Providers to improve their experience
- CA Agile (formerly known as Rally), Aha, or equivalent agile deployment technology
- Healthcare Industry Experience
- Six Sigma experience
- Customer Journey (especially Provider) experience
- Experience in healthcare provider data, credentialing, or domains involving multi-entity data hierarchies and affiliations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional influence

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
