We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, specializing in Microsoft 365 Monitoring and Operations (M&O) Support. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, solid analytical skills, and a proven track record in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing M365 environments. This role involves providing advanced technical support, ensuring system reliability, security.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & Maintenance:
  • Monitor the health, performance, and security of the Microsoft 365 environment using various tools and dashboards
  • Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal operation of M365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, etc.
• Incident Management:
  • Respond to and resolve incidents related to M365 services in a timely manner
  • Analyze incident patterns and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence
• User Support & Training:
  • Provide advanced technical support for end-users experiencing issues with M365 applications
  • Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials to enhance user proficiency
• Configuration & Optimization:
  • Manage configurations of M365 services to align with organizational policies and best practices
  • Optimize system settings for enhanced performance and efficiency
• Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards within the M365 environment
  • Implement security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access policies etc.
• Collaboration & Projects:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to M365 deployments or upgrades
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall usage and adoption of M365 tools across the organization
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Generate regular reports on system performance metrics, incident resolution times, user activity etc.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, procedures, incident resolutions etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Any Degree. 4+ years of experience
• Ability to work in shifts
