Primary Responsibilities:

• Gathering and Analyzing Requirements: Collect and analyze business requirements to drive operational efficiencies and align solutions with client needs
• Documentation: Document business processes, requirements, and solutions to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders
  Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights
• Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Apply knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards to optimize business processes
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance healthcare delivery and improve health outcomes
• Problem-Solving: Address complex business challenges with innovative solutions and a proactive mindset
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance
• Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously
