Primary Responsibilities:

• Machine Learning Model Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability
• Requirement Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations on AI/ML solutions
• Client Management:
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions
  • Present technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Model Deployment and Monitoring:
  • Deploy machine learning models into production environments
  • Monitor model performance and implement necessary updates and improvements
  • Ensure models are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
• Data Science and Data Engineering:
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and visualize data insights
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related role
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL/NoSQL, Pandas, or similar tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven solid communication and client management skills
• Required Skills:
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs)
  • Experience in Data Manipulation and Analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks, AI Studio)
  • Experience with training and fine-tuning, Implementing LLMs like GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT
  • Knowledge of visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid programming skills in Python, R, Spark/PySpark, Java
  • Expert in Machine Learning Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLflow, Keras, XGBoost)
  • Good in data engineering, ETL process, Apache Airflow, Data warehousing
