As a Business Systems Analyst for Hardware Provisioning, you will work on a team that oversees the delivery of more than 100,000 PCs & Macs annually.  Utilizing both your technical knowledge and data analysis experience you will monitor these deployments for completion while also looking for opportunities to improve the service.  You will become a subject matter expert in hardware provisioning processes and collaborate with fulfillment vendor technicians to ensure end users have the devices they need when they are needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hardware provisioning requests in partnership with the fulfillment vendor operations team
  • Detailed monitoring of multiple provisioning performance data to ensure service levels are being achieved and to detect issues
  • Drive service improvements by identifying, highlighting, and tracking operational issues, and partnering with the provisioning vendor, engineering, and other groups to implement solutions
  • You will collect and analyze next-day support and application installation data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the device lifecycle process which replaces end of life devices by importing device data, overseeing scheduling and communication with end users, monitoring inventory and vendor capacity
  • As a tier-3 problem solver you will work incomplete requests that require intervention or escalate these issues to others when appropriate
  • Collaborate in the device redeployment and decommissioning process
  • Assist in the creation and testing of workflow enhancements and fixes
  • Create and update various documentation as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in provisioning and operational support of end user computers
  • 3+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows 10
  • Experience in Apple Mac provisioning and support
  • Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis abilities
  • Proficient in driving issues to a resolution
  • Solid ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager administration experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration experience
  • Microsoft SharePoint administration experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proficient with reporting solutions such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with OEM and reseller hardware supply chain practices
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) certification
