Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the full SDLC, including analysis, design, development, code reviews, testing and deployment
• Create and implement robust software applications with high performance and reliabilityDesign and develop reusable components, patterns, and frameworks, encouraging innovation
• Identify opportunities to improve performance in software systems and making those changes in safe and effective ways
• Contribute to the creation of user stories for component/module/simple requirements
• Take initiative to learn the fundamentals of different programming languages and frameworks that would be most suitable for team deliverables
• Partner with product management and engineering leadership to bring creative technology and solutions to help solve healthcare problems
• Address software issues promptly, providing support for debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems
• Mentor and guide other software engineers within the team
• Design, Write and Test high-quality, fault-tolerant API code
• Build high-scale systems, libraries, and frameworks to support various business domains
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with containerization technology, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud services; either AWS or Azure
• Experience with Angular or React for frontend development
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework and Hibernate
• Experience with DevOps toolsets such as Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub Actions
• Experience using OpenAPI/Swagger to define and implement application interfaces
• Experience using RESTful APIs and asynchronous JS
• Experience with both relational databases and NoSQL databases
• Familiar with authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical colleagues

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working within the healthcare industry
