Candidate will work on development and support related activities for March vision Specialty benefits IT team to support various projects. Candidate will work together with Product architects and leads on analyzing project/product/platform requirements and build state-of-the-art software and applications. Candidate will review application, information and integration architecture and tech stack selection. Candidate must be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills. Candidate should be able to troubleshoot and debug critical problems and self-motivated to deep dive in resolving complex technical issues that may arise. Executes planning & analysis sessions for the project to chalk out the way to modernize / decom / merge out (into other applications). Creates a business case having how part explaining into that with the estimated cost embedded into it.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Overall experience of >9 years in analyzing, architecting, developing, deploying Microsoft Technologies applications using C#, Rest API, WCF, Web Services, Windows Forms, ASP .NET, MVC, React, SQL Server, SSIS, GitHub Actions, GitHub
- Experience in Implementation of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Development skills, JavaScript, XML, CSS, AJAX
