The Executive Assistant will support multiple executives and/or senior leaders. Their responsibilities may include answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.
The Executive Assistant will also serve as a Business Segment Liaison (BSL) for all internal and external inquiries for the department. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding/off boarding activities, equipment and supplies ordering from pre-approved vendors, and emergency management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
- Managing meetings and calendars (scheduling, material preparation and distribution, coordinating remote participants)
- Perform Business Segment Liaison (BSL) activities, as needed (new employee onboarding, ordering equipment, emergency management and training)
- Handle confidential information professionally and discretely
- Assisting with onboarding of new team members
- Scheduling candidate interviews and travel logistics
- Scheduling travel arrangements
- Manage expense reimbursements
- Provide internal and external customer service to employees, vendors and clients
- Possess solid verbal and written communication skills
- Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office
- Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience with three years of experience supporting director-level or higher management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven solid attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with Concur

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
