Projects are more stand-alone than programs; program management is typically the orchestration of several related projects. At entry level individual contributor roles, the primary focus will be project management. As one advances through the career path, their focus may be project or program focused, depending on business need

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work list management at our Analytics partners, work with key stakeholders on intake and prioritization process
• Ensure adherence to the project management tools and processes at our partners
• Work with stakeholders and associates to ensure proper time tracking under appropriate heads
• SLA tracking and publication of key business performance measures for leadership reporting
• Vendor liaison for 3rd party capabilities that empower our software and services
• Management of product related intercompany and intra segment management
• Workforce related operational reporting (operational metrics, efficiency metrics, etc.)
• Workforce census mgmt./monitoring
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience with Swift Kanban and Service Now as a project management tool
• Project/Program Management Experience in health system analytics
• Experience and credibility interacting with all levels of leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple client initiatives or projects concurrently
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA
