As a product leader within the Core Cloud Technology product management team, you will be tasked with developing the strategy and execution for our cloud infrastructure platform. The goal is to simplify and expedite the transition to cloud for enterprises. You will support cloud adoption and collaborate with platform leadership on refining roadmaps, securing investment approvals, and enabling new platform capabilities. Your role will have an impact on the platform direction, and you will be accountable for achieving measurable outcomes. You’ll work alongside a team of product managers and technologists to advance the cloud initiatives at UnitedHealth Group.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help develop & lead the execution of product strategy for public cloud infrastructure platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals
• Partner with other product leaders to align strategy and roadmaps for a cohesive, unified experience across various public cloud capabilities
• Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to obtain appropriate market information/data and define stakeholder and business needs
• Understand how user-experience (UX) and application strategy need to come together for an optimal experience
• Partner with appropriate teams to coordinate solution research activities (secondary and primary) 
• Partner with application teams and key stakeholders across the enterprise on the creation of requirements and user stories 
• Ensure platform commitments are delivered on time and on budget, including identifying and resolving risks and issues. 
• Utilize influencing skills to build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with strategic partners with focus on innovation, growth and continuous improvement 
• Partner with stakeholders on creation of value story/business case and participate in capital funding process 
• Define and ensure application measures are appropriately in place and utilized to derive insights/advance the product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions 
•  5+ years of experience using data and metrics to justify requirements, build business cases and measure digital product performance against goals and toward continuous improvement 
• 3+ years of experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds in a technical organization 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product Owner or Product Manager certification 
• Experience in managing platforms used by a large user base 
• Experience in building apps in public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) or related Cloud certification 
• Experience with product management tools like Aha, GitHub, and an understanding of DevOps 
• Experience presenting to large audiences, both technical and non-technical

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
