Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading a team building and supporting with a focus on quality, performance, scalability, and resilience
- Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
- Constantly look at Performance & Security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities
- Continuously evaluating team workload and capacity and providing timely information concerning throughput and resource needs
- Leading and participating in planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
- Directing day-to-day development activities for a team of data professionals
- Developing and cultivating stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and drive prioritization
- Acting as technical lead on projects
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B Tech/MCA/M Tech / Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline (Minimum 16 years of education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
- Overall 8+ years of experience with APIs / micro-services development
- Full Stack Development: Overall 8 + years of experience with Full Stack Development (Java, NodeJS, React)
- Production Software: 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software in a scaled distributed environment, preferably in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- 7+ years of experience with relational databases, Mongo DB, Databricks
- 7 + years of experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience with event steaming platforms such as Kafka
- Engineering Management: 5+ years of experience managing software engineers, agile practitioners, performing software engineering, using Git, automated testing frameworks, and relational databases. Experience handling projects using the following tech stacks: Full stack and UX
- Engineers, Native Coding on mobile platforms, React/React Native experience
- Agile Frameworks: 5+ years of experience handling projects using different Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
- Experience with Cloud platform (AWS, Azure), GitHub actions
- AI Integration: Knowledge and experience in integrating AI technologies into software engineering processes and products. Ability to leverage AI for improving development workflows, enhancing product features, and optimizing team performance
- Communication: Proven excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues.
- Commitment: Commitment to quality, performance, and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare domain background
- Deep understanding of industry patterns for application architecture and integration
- Familiar with Observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, or Splunk in creating system alarms and dashboards for system and application monitoring
- Familiarity with ServiceNow in managing Production incidents and OnCall support
