Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technology product manager to work closely with the lead TPM, business, and engineering teams on product ideas, prioritization, backlog management, refining capabilities and features, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met. Work closely with the scrum team members to ensure clear understanding of the acceptance criteria
  • Use Case Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document use cases in Rally in coordination with the engineering team
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to Lead TPMs and other stakeholders on status
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that Features & User Stories meet quality standards and user expectations
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • FACETS Experience, solid healthcare background with a focus on Eligibility management to include but not limited to file layouts and loading, commercial & medicare member structures, EDI formats
  • Product management experience, including proficiency in gathering and documenting Use cases from stakeholders
  • Proven excellent communicator that can work across business and technology teams
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Familiarity with various agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum) and tools (Aha, Rally)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • An understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines and other relevant standards
