Senior Info Security Engineering Analyst – Vulnerability Management

This role includes performing network scans, assessment of vulnerabilities identified during infrastructure scans and coordinates with multiple teams and stakeholders for remediation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist on updating process and procedure document to enable effective Vulnerability management program
- Alert the customer based on the zero-day, malware or malicious advisory released
- Good understanding on CIS, NIST, STIGS standards & guidelines, ITIL framework and Change Management.
- Responsible to protect data based on the client’s requirements towards compliance, vulnerability assessment, and application security requirements
- Prioritizing vulnerabilities discovered along with remediation timeline(s)
- Interaction with multiple global teams (security architecture, application security testing, infrastructure security, application development, Risk Officers, etc)
- Liaise with stakeholders in relation to cyber security issues and provide future recommendations
- Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits relating to information security
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Certifications like CEH, OSCP, GPEN or other information security or IT platform certifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end Vulnerability Management processes (VM lifecycle) with regards to On-Prem infrastructure security, application security and cloud security
- 3+ years of experience in providing recommendations and technical guidance for the lifecycle of vulnerability management
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management and security threat modelling
- In-Depth Knowledge on Vulnerability Management Infrastructure Security
- Must have worked on Vulnerability Assessment Tools like Rapid7, Tenable io, Security Center, nmap, Tanium & others
- Good understanding and experience in Policy Scan (CIS) and Vulnerability Assessment Scans (Infrastructure and Application); compliance Scanning
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Application lifecycle management.
- Good understanding on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, etc
- Knowledge on Networking Firewall, IDS, IPS, Routers, Switches etc
- Experience in management reporting and Metrics Reporting
- Cleary communicate priorities and escalation points/procedures to other team members
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux patching
- Ability to monitor and improve customer satisfaction with the quality of service delivered
- Ability to monitor service performance against SLAs
- Improving and automating existing vulnerability management lifecycle.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
