As the Director of Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the Application Architecture strategic vision in collaboration with various stakeholders. You will lead the Application Architecture Team, provide oversight of conceptual designs, ensure alignment with strategic vision, and ensure that engineering best practices are followed. This position requires a solid background in software engineering, technical leadership, and a deep understanding of system and software architecture design patterns.

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, an Engineering discipline, or relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• 8+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of software.5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Experience leading teams and individuals
• Solid expertise in system & software architecture design patterns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure
• Experience with continuous integration & delivery model.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with sensitive data and understanding of Data Science concepts
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code paradigms and related tools
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Domain Driven Design
