Responsible for supervising the day – to – day partner engagement activities that support and ensure the record retrieval process is performing efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of the Retrieval Partner Engagement leadership. This role will collaborate with cross – functional stakeholders, vendors, and clients to assist in identifying opportunities and streamlining processes with a focus on invoice coordination.
This position is full time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
We offer 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule during normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates programs, activities, systems, reports, and processes to formulate guidance and recommend potential solutions leading to the implementation of process improvements that drive retrieval results
- Training, coaching and oversight of Vendor Specialists
- Assist Retrieval Partner Engagement Manager in process development and documentation
- Assist Retrieval Partner Engagement Manager with negotiating partner pricing and documentation of SOW’s and NDAs
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure partner invoicing is current and accurate
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to review invoice payment progress and timely resolve retrieval roadblocks
- Engage with partners consistently to ensure expected retrieval results
- Prepare and maintain daily reporting on invoice payment progress
- Escalate process gaps to management
- Maintain a working knowledge of department policies, procedures, standards, and workflow
- May be assigned other duties

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare OR technology
- 1+ years of supervisory, management, OR leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics, which includes analyzing large data sets to identify outliers within Microsoft Excel
- Experience with creating pivot tables to summarize unique identifiers for data analysis in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in using functions like SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with using advanced filtering and sorting techniques to manage data
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
- Experience in coaching, training, and performance management
- Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST from Monday – Friday

- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

The salary range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
