Data Engineer – SQL, Tableau, Power BI

Primary Responsibilities:

Team is looking for a Data analyst resource – this role requires extensive stakeholder interaction and technical solution capabilities to assist IT and business teams in a consultative manner

• Develop and maintain Tableau and Powerbi dashboards
• Work on data extractions as per business requirement
• Perform data analysis and present inferences to business in well documented manner
• Come up with recommendations on best possible solution approaches to fix data quality issues
• Work as a self-driven Individual Contributor
• Help translate requirements into user-stories and design
• Work closely with Business/SA/BA/Data Team to ensure requirements are well documented and clear
• Support team on day to day tasks to achieve business goals. Be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned team/modules
• Actively participate in quality audits, projects reviews time to time
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduation degree with 1+ years of experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI , data analysis
• Hands-on experience on SQL writing and good understanding of sql concepts joins, group functions, analytics function etc.
• Hands-on experience on building dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI
• Good experience in Data quality analysis and data visualization
• Working experience on project related to Database, ETL, Data analysis and Reporting Applications
• Solid fundamental knowledge of Database key concepts, Data warehousing, Data models etc.
• Good understanding of database, data quality, ETL and data pipelines
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
