Aikyam is the most advanced “Identity as a Service” Platform at United Health Group that is aimed to provide a central and universal user identity for identifying and authenticating a user in the healthcare domain. It is built upon open standards like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0 Web SSO etc. It is a highly available, reliable and scalable service hosted in public cloud. Job Profile –Principal Project Manager – CIAM (29)
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of CIAM projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, tailored to CIAM initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment with a strong focus on security and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations in the CIAM landscape. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop contingency plans to address potential security and compliance challenges.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, focusing on cost-effective CIAM solutions.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and outcomes. Use data to drive decision-making and improvements in CIAM practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes. Encourage innovation and improvements within CIAM solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
· B. Tech, MBA, or Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education; no correspondence courses)
· Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management Lifecycle and Software Development Life Cycle
· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project; familiarity with SharePoint or similar applications
· Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
· Effective communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive high budget businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in Portfolio Management Office would be a plus.
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Familiarity with security, privacy and compliance standards such as CMS MARS-E, FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA
