Associate Software Engineer
- Programming:
- Responsible for programming and developing innovative solutions
- Automation:
- Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and minimize manual intervention
- Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines for deploying infrastructure changes using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Security and Compliance:
- Adhere to security best practices to ensure the infrastructure is secure and compliant with organizational policies and standards
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and data management
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
- Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative planning sessions to enhance project outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Java, Scala, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Proven experience in developing and delivering production-grade software
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) including writing and implementing automated tests (unit, integration, performance)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in microservices development using frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development techniques
Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within team environment
