Key Responsibilities:

 

Review requirements and system analysis documents for completeness, ensuring alignment with best practices in software development.

Create and contribute to documented designs that adhere to established coding patterns and standards.

Independently perform coding and unit testing, focusing on data manipulation and process automation while mentoring peer team members as needed.

Adhere to coding standards and collaborate effectively with quality assurance teams to ensure robust software delivery.

Extract and preprocess data from various sources, enhancing data collection procedures to ensure comprehensive information for analysis.

Optimize algorithms and refine features to improve software performance and efficiency in processing information.

Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and solutions that drive business improvement.

Develop software solutions that integrate predictive algorithms for enhanced decision support.

Implement and optimize advanced algorithms to create innovative software functionalities.

Design and maintain pipelines for seamless deployment and monitoring of software solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams.

Work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure that analytical initiatives align with overall organizational objectives.

Support the quality assurance team during testing phases through troubleshooting, code deployment, and clarifications related to analytical features.

Ensure proper version control practices are followed and deliver technical documentation for each project.

Mentor junior developers on technology and application knowledge as needed to foster skill development within the team.

Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in software applications, particularly in data handling and processing.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: B.Tech / MCA / MSc / MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on analytical solutions and automation.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with a strong emphasis on libraries relevant to data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Statistics: Strong applied statistical skills, including knowledge of core statistical concepts and methods.

Algorithm Proficiency: Solid understanding of algorithmic techniques and optimization methods.

Software Development Tools: Familiarity with software lifecycle management tools and frameworks that support continuous integration and deployment.

Analytical Skills: Experience in using advanced analytical tools and frameworks for transforming data into actionable insights.

Business Intelligence Proficiency: Familiarity with visualization tools and frameworks that aid in data presentation and reporting.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and facilitate collaboration.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and contribute to team success.
