We are seeking a driven results-oriented Platform Enablement Consultant to work on our Product Enablement team. A large portion of this role involves embracing a consultative approach through tight collaboration with our national teams and direct input from our market partners in order to ensure we advance the continuum of care with application solutions that meet their needs. Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with the market to ensure implementation project scope, timelines and implementation readiness meets established market needs and plans
- Provide assistance to internal and/or external partners to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively
- Assess current state referral processes and procedures to bridge the transition with the business from existing processes and tools to the new technology platform
- Enable the execution of product training strategies across all applications
- Coordinate with market operations leads to implement technology solutions across both employed and affiliate market partners
- Be able to ensure implementation timelines are met and driven with clear communication with transparency regarding status of each implementation
- Assist with implementation requirements gathering sessions in coordination with operations and market partners
- Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders (e.g., project team members, team leads, internal customers, functional SMEs, business partners, leadership)
- Partner with cross functional teams and drive the team to successfully complete the objectives of the program and cross-product strategy
- Be able to engage functional partners on both the Optum and market levels to effectively deliver on each application pilot project
- Engage with local provider organizations to support, augment and accelerate efforts to improve operational coordination of patient care through application development and optimization
- Research and proactively seek to fill in knowledge gaps in key functional areas

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in supporting end-users of technology which may include pre and post implementation activities
- Experience on the referral management and provider network side
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with ambition, client focus and innovative ideas that will enhance and improve results in a new program and product culture.
- Willing or ability to travel around 10-25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with implementation of software solutions
- Experience on the referral management and provider network side
- Experience working in a cross-matrixed organization
- Experience in EPIC ambulatory EMR, or other healthcare solutions/applications
Soft Skills:
- Solid written / verbal communication skills
- Excellent consumer facing skill-sets
- Ability to work independently while being part of a decentralized team

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
