As a Software Engineer, you will be a fundamental part of a delivery project, leading one of our scrum teams within the Provider Tech space in Dublin. You will be working with a very technical piece of architecture and will collaborate with internal IT Specialists and strategic partners through all phases of the development life cycle. 

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday – Friday with standard working hours

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Machine Learning Model Development:
    • Assist in designing and developing machine learning models to address business challenges
    • Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
    • Support model selection and initial optimization
  • Model Deployment and Monitoring:
    • Assist in deploying machine learning models into production environments
    • Monitor model performance and suggest updates and improvements
    • Ensure models are reliable and maintainable
  • Data Science and Data Engineering:
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualize data insights
    • Help develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing
  • Experience in developing AI Agentic solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Programming skills in Python and PySpark
  • Understanding with Machine Learning Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLflow, Keras, XGBoost)
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker) and/or Azure OpenAI Service
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying LLM-powered applications in production
  • Understanding of modern NLP techniques (e.g. transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering)
  • Experience with foundation models and generative AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
  • Experience in building RAG solutions with vector databases (e.g. pgvector, Pinecone, OpenSearch)
  • Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and others
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle)

Soft Skills:

  • Communication and collaboration skills
