Working Schedule: Full-time position with specific working hours of 5 days a week starting at 10:00AM local time in Dublin to support operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply strong clinical knowledge of therapeutics and evidence-based medicine to evaluate medical literature, clinical guidelines, and healthcare trends, contributing to the development of drug coverage policies
- Presentation of utilization management criteria to committees such at the National Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee and Utilization Management Committee
- Uphold high standards of clinical integrity and ethical practice to ensure fair and equitable access to medications through utilization management strategies
- Translate custom drug coverage requests into policy recommendations that align with that payers’ pharmacy and medical benefit structures, in collaboration with payer teams
- Support the implementation of custom drug coverage criteria for key clients, working closely with Account Management teams
- Develop an understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks, including Medicare Part D, and how they influence drug coverage and utilization management
- Act as a subject matter expert in utilization management, contributing to cross-functional projects with teams such as Operations, Account Management, and Industry Relations
- Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of utilization management programs
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, remote-first environment

Required Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacist in Ireland (with the PSI)
- Proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- US Pharmacy experience
- Experience developing coverage policies for drug coverage programs
- Health economics qualifications
- Health Informatics further education
- Specialization in specific disease states
- Proficient in drug information practices
- Managed Care/PBM experience
- Development/Clinical Utilization Management experience
