Marketing Supervisor – National Remote

Positions in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products and drive membership/sales growth. Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer/member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
• Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization
• 7+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
• 7+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• 7+ years of experience demonstrating organization skills
• 7+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
• 7+ years of experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion/marketing targets
• 7+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
