Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and modify highly specialized computer applications to drive user efficiency and overall business success
• Champion for best-practices in software architecture/design – including creating and delivering presentations; hosting knowledge-sharing sessions; keeping up with latest advancements in the market and sharing those appropriately with the team
• Ensure applications meet demanding standards for privacy and security as required by strict internal policies and industry-specific regulations
• Ensure these proprietary applications satisfy rigorous internally-defined technical requirements for performance, resiliency, availability and scalability
• Adhere to version control, release management, and deployment protocols to distribute new functionality to the user base
• Provide post deployment support and to quickly respond to and resolve unexpected service problems in production
• Build relationships and collaborate with a vast supply-chain of data integration partners
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software dev experience
• Experience in creating sys arch diagrams to communicate designs, workflows, and dependencies
• Experience or knowledge with React framework incl. hooks and component arch
• Experience or knowledge with state management using tools like Redux or React Query
• Experience or knowledge with performance optimization: code splitting, lazy loading, memoization
• Experience or knowledge with API design for REStful services and GraphQL
• Knowledge on authentication or authorization patterns such as OAuth
• Knowledge on Azure cloud concepts including App Services and Application Insights
• Knowledge on design principles including SOLID principles and clean architecture
• Knowledge on data security, including encryption
