The M&A security team has a requirement to ensure acquired entities uphold their security posture. In doing so, this team will provide proper implementation and support of security endpoint tools to adhere to UHG security policies. The responsibilities will primarily focus on Tanium implementation and support across the NIE space.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow:
- Manage ServiceNow queue and SLA adherence
- Create tool statistics and reporting
- Tanium:
- Perform operational maintenance within the tool
- Provide Acquired Entities’ with tool support
- Vulnerability Identification and Mitigation:
- Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities in mergers and acquisition space
- Patching within Tanium
- Zero Days
- Work closely with IT and security teams to implement remediation strategies and best practices
- Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities in mergers and acquisition space
- Technical Tool Documentation and Training:
- Create playbooks and training videos for all Merger and Acquisition security tools for internal and external use
- Develop a Center of Excellence
- Generate detailed reports that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security recommendations are understood and implemented effectively.
- Provide training, guidance, and support on endpoint security tool best practices to IT staff and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Tanium
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNOW
- 2+ years of experience with SharePoint
- 2+ years of experience with SmartSheets
- Solid foundational knowledge of Windows Server 2016, Windows 11 and Linux operating systems; Cisco IOS and hardware
- High level of aptitude for Windows Network Infrastructure basics and PowerShell scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and secure domains using Active Directory, Group Policy, and Permissions, and provide risk management solutions and disaster recovery and planning
- Demonstrated ability to formalize risk management frameworks, business continuity, disaster recovery plans, and incident reporting standards to align operational practices and strategic policies
- Demonstrated ability to implement newly created engineering capabilities in nonstandard environments and documenting requirements for future automation and improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
