Learning Technologist – Multiple Locations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and goals and recommend appropriate learning technologies and strategies
- Provide technical support and training to learners and instructors on the use of learning technologies, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning technologies with other systems and platforms
- Stay up to date with emerging learning technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact and making recommendations for their integration
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and interactive eLearning modules, multimedia content, and virtual learning experiences
- Serve as primary administrator of learning organization SharePoint infrastructure
- Design and develop workflows and solutions within the Smartsheet and Power Automate platform that enhance training functions
- Manage technical support requests from learning team members
- Conduct quality assurance checks and usability testing to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of learning technologies and content
- Monitor and analyze learning analytics and user feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in instructional design and learning technologies
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with SharePoint administration and Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps
- Solid technical skills with proficiency in learning technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), authoring tools, and multimedia software
- Experience in conducting quality assurance checks and usability testing for learning technologies and content
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize user experience
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in instructional design, educational technology, communication, or a related field
- CSS/Java Script Coding experience
Experience working with Artificial intelligence models in support of learning technology
