Primary Responsibilities:

• Validate data with administrative source systems (source of truth)
• Analyze complex datasets
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Database Management:
  • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
• Data Extraction and Transformation:
• Support capital project that will, in part, import and transform data from various sources for broker bonus calculations
• Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and testing
• Data Visualization and Reporting:
  • Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports
  • Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
  • Stay up to date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and methodologies
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years Experience as SAS Data Analyst
• Experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven solid communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
