As a Business Analyst, you will join the Provider Operations Team and play a key role in driving operational excellence by leading strategic reporting, enhancing internal communications, and fostering employee engagement. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Within the role, you will build relationships with our partners across many functions, including OI Operations, Product, Finance & Human Capital.

We’re looking for someone with a quantitative mindset, a solid aptitude for complex problem solving and process improvement with well-developed communication and technical skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support global initiatives across Operations and Matrix partners including Guesthouse implementation, Global Governance approvals and Epic/Location approvals, maintaining up-to-date tracking and stakeholder communication and alignment
  • Lead the coordination and execution of the Rhythm of Business, including weekly Provider Operations meetings, monthly OILT/OOM reporting, and client reporting packages
  • Manage the end-to-end process for monthly and quarterly executive reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, analyze, and synthesize performance metrics and operational insights for leadership reporting, working across a Matrix environment
  • Translate data into compelling business narratives and presentations to support executive decision-making and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and manage internal communications strategies, including, town halls, and distribution list creation and maintenance to ensure timely and effective information flow across the organization
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as the mentoring program, mobility initiatives, Bravo recognition system, Viva Engage community, and quarterly virtual competitions

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with experience in SharePoint, Power BI, and collaboration tools
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence change without authority to drive alignment and execution across organizational lines
  • Proven solid internal communication skills, including content creation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and leadership levels
  • Demonstrated success in leading employee engagement programs and fostering a culture of recognition and development
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and compelling presentations
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
