We seek a Business Development Representative who, under the supervision from the Director, Business Development, will promote strategic growth for the company by identifying leads, closing sales transactions, implementing new accounts, and managing partnerships longitudinally

This is a field-based position with up to 75% travel. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains successful relations with existing customers and potential customers by interacting professionally and proactively
  • Promotes strategic growth for the company by identifying leads and closing transactions, with a concentration on mental health facilities, recovery centers, hospitals, psychiatry practices, and behavioral health clinics
  • Attends state and national conferences in an effort to maintain relationships with current customers, identify leads, and interact with potential customers
  • Acts as a liaison between our company and the customer base through contracting and implementation process

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales and/or behavioral health/long-term care experience
  • Access to reliable transportation and active driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 75% 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Understanding of computer and related products; knowledge of PC skills including use of standard MS Office applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain longitudinal relationships
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Solid presentation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $50,000 to $115,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
