Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Mapping policies to security framework controls, implementing security controls
  • Managing the OFS SOC 2, PCI DSS and HITRUST audits
  • Participates in walk-throughs, identifies and documents risks and controls and obtains evidence as applicable
  • Participates on special projects undertaken by the department and/or the Company
  • This position is responsible for analyzing, investigating, and assisting with the execution of IT risk assessments and security consulting activities to assess the design, effectiveness and efficiency of IT controls and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Positions in this function are involved in monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, networks, databases, and Web-based security
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and monitor systems, network, databases and Web for potential system breaches
  • Respond to alerts from information security tools
  • Report, investigate, and resolve security incidents
  • Recommend and implement changes to enhance systems security and prevent unauthorized access
  • Research security trends, new methods, and techniques used in unauthorized access of data in order to preemptively eliminate the possibility of system breach
  • May oversee internal or external systems security(i.e. cloud services). Ensure that customers and users have the right access to the right systems at the right times

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Security controls testing (IT General Controls) and IT audit/ Internal audit experience 
  • 4+ years of experience with SOC 2 audit experience 
  • 4+ years of experience with Audit management, Audit support and IT compliance experience 
  • 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare audit and compliance sector 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Big 4 or Major Consulting firm experience 
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proven communication skills for team and customer engagement

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
