We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Researcher, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) to join our team. This role will lead the design, execution, and dissemination of multiple real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics studies.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple HEOR studies to provide sound scientific leadership, research design and high-quality analysis
- Successfully manage internal study teams and keep studies on timeline and within budget
- Design research studies
- Conduct or oversee study analyses
- Interpret and communicate research findings to diverse audiences
- Disseminate study results via manuscripts, reports, and conference presentations
- Manage client relationships to achieve repeat business and high client satisfaction rating
- Contribute substantially to HEOR business development
- Stay abreast of and implement cutting edge techniques in outcomes research methodology
- Mentor and train new research staff as needed
- Contribute to continuing improvement in HEOR infrastructure and growth of the business

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of research experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health economics or health outcomes research OR minimum 5+ years data driven research experience in another field
- 3+ years of experience in all aspects of research studies, including design development, project management and completion
- Experience with secondary data assets for research: administrative claims databases or electronic medical record data
- Experience authoring research protocols or analysis plans and working with a technical team to operationalize
- Solid knowledge of real-world observational study design and advanced statistical methods
- Proven record of publications and presentations in HEOR or related fields
- Proven advanced written and oral communications skills
- Proven solid interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships both internally and with external customers

Travel Requirements:
- 1 – 3 trips to customers and/or conferences annually – domestically within the United States

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
