Direct-to-Consumer Sales Site Lead – Hybrid in Roanoke, VA

The primary objective of the Site Lead role is to provide guidance, education, and real-time support to Direct-to-Consumer Sales Agents in assisting consumers with finding the most suitable UnitedHealthcare Medicare plan(s), while ensuring a delightful member experience. Responsibilities include coaching agents and collaborating with other sites leads to support agents across teams. The Site Lead reports directly to the Site Director.

Work Schedule:
- Full time position
- Operating hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm local time with rotational weekend shifts
- During busy season, 1 weekend day is expected per week
- Outside of our busy season, 1 weekend shift expected per month
- During busy season, 1 weekend day is expected per week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time, in-call coaching and guidance to agents on effective sales practices, documentation, and adherence to compliance standards
- Act as an immediate, in-call point of contact for guidance on leveraging digital resources to enhance consumer experience
- Inspire and motivate agents to surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Deliver engaging activities to promote employee experience, comprehension, and skill development
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive organizational culture
- Serve as a role model for agents by exhibiting exemplary attendance, participation, attitude and teamwork
- Perform additional duties as necessary to achieve company and business segment objectives

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 3+ years of experience in a sales and/or call center environment
- Possession of, or ability to obtain within 90 days, relevant licenses such as Health, Life Insurance, or other appropriate state licenses
- 1+ years of experience with demonstrated success in a Direct-to-Consumer Agent role, call center, or production environment
- 1+ years of experience with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)

- Proven ability to embrace change and quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proven history of successfully collaborating with peers to achieve goals

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range $21.63 to $48.08 per hour based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
