As a key member of the Ireland Rebate Analytics Billing team, you will collaborate with the Manufacturer Discounts Finance team to utilize data-driven solutions, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of both pharmacy and medical billing processes for claims exceeding $50 billion annually. Your role will involve leading detection and investigatory analysis to identify billing opportunities and maximize rebate value. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate billing processes and drive continuous improvements. You will also explore opportunities for the growth and expansion of our analytical insights to support a broader stakeholder base. Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills by understanding complex problems, breaking them down into manageable components, and applying analytical techniques to find effective solutions
- Actively consult with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that analytic approaches incorporate appropriate business content. Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
- Create annotated Data Bricks code and technical requirements documentation that describe analytics methodologies and data product designs
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights, including opportunities for outlier detection
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly and effectively
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing rigorous quality control measures
- Efficiently deliver on ad-hoc analysis requests from a wide range of stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a discipline with a strong analytical focus (e.g., analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering)
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R
- Expertise with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory
- Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx), GitHub, and APIs
- Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data from disparate sources, with the ability to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analyses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess familiarity with Machine Learning, including a foundational understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
- Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry or prior experience with Clinical, Claim, and/or Hospital Billing Data Types

- Quantitative mindset and ability to understand complex processes
- Ability to own solution delivery with strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Works effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Applies a detail-oriented approach to ensure data integrity and flawless execution
