Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure progress against important development milestone where implementation coordination is required
• Build and maintain a perspective on impact of change required for software implementation
• Ensure compliance with documentation on both technical and regulatory solutions
• Evaluate and define existing technology standards to ensure compliance with program-level requirements
• Own, oversee and execute development, testing, deployment and delivery of large scale software applications
• Mentor and coach a team of software engineers.
• Deliver robust and scalable solutions, incorporating in new technologies that adhere to architectural standards
• Use Agile methodologies to provide technical leadership and project management for all aspect of Software Development Lifecycle
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with a combination of experience in the following technical disciplines:
  • 8+ years of solid foundational skills and experience with React/NodeJS
  • Experience in NoSQL and other relevant technology
  • Experience on Continuous Integration and Delivery, DevOps implementation
  • Experience in Web Services Restful and SOAP
  • Experience implementing in cloud infrastructure (Azure (big plus), Google Cloud, AWS)
  • Intermediate experience in Java/Springboot, Hibernate, RestfulAPI
  • Proven solid enterprise unit testing exposure (Karma/Junit/etc)
• Proven solid ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders 
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of healthcare domain
• Knowledge of Agile SCRUM culture and any Agile Tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Sonar, XL Deploy, etc.)
