The Sr. Manager of Systems Management is responsible for providing expert-level leadership and support across enterprise clinical systems, with a primary focus on the sustainment and optimization of the NextGen EMR to support the IPA population. This individual will leverage deep experience with NextGen to ensure operational stability, data integrity, and continuity of care for IPA members. In addition to IPA-focused responsibilities, this role will also contribute to broader organizational initiatives, including Epic data conversion efforts, Epic application support, and oversight of ancillary systems and integrations, supporting modernization and enterprise system alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain configurations and custom development within the NextGen EMR to support IPA operations
- Lead and support data conversion activities to Epic and other systems, ensuring accurate and seamless migration of patient and operational data
- Oversee ancillary clinical and operational systems to maintain a cohesive and efficient technology ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors (including MTS), and IPA partners to ensure optimal system performance and effective issue resolution
- Align system initiatives with strategic goals through solid relationship management with IPA leadership and operational teams
- Support day-to-day operational needs and ensure successful transitions during system changes and upgrades

Required Qualifications:
- Experience supporting SQL-based reporting and managing data operations
- Experience advancing system initiatives related to IPA operations
- Expertise in validating data conversions across systems
- Understanding data security and compliance, particularly with PHI in highly regulated environments such as California Medicaid
- Track record of driving timely project delivery and supporting enterprise modernization initiatives
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution
- Proven ability to relieve leadership of critical daily operational tasks through proactive ownership and execution

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
